Shipping Policy
- For all online orders please order prior to 2pm weekdays to ensure postage that same day.
- We use Australia Post (Express post satchel) for postage of your hired items.
- Please note that not all items may be shipped due to their size.
- Currently Australia Post / Express Post is not guaranteed for next day delivery due to the increased volume of online orders.
- We suggest using your event date as your last day of hire which will allow extra time for delivery. Please note that should your event date be at the beginning of the week we would suggest that you reach out to us to assist in making your booking so that we can allow an extra couple of days to allow for the weekend when deliveries are not made.
- Currently Express Post is taking approximately 3-5 days from us to you!
- We take no responsibility for delays in the shipping of your item as it is out of our control.
- We will however give you a store credit for the cost of your hired item less the shipping costs should your item not arrive in time for your event.
